Metal Ladle Casting Bridge Crane Description

The high-temperature casting ladle crane is composed of box bridge, hook, crane operating mechanism and electrical system. The main hook adopts the carrying tool as the hoisting device for hoisting the ladle, and the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to complete the auxiliary lifting such as pouring of molten steel and steel slag.

There are two types of casting cranes according to the range of lifting capacity: QDY series bridge casting cranes and YZ series ladle bridge cranes. The rated lifting capacity of QDY series bridge-type casting cranes is from 5 tons to 74 tons, and the rated lifting capacity of YZ-type bridge-type casting cranes is from 74 tons to 320 tons. For extra-large tonnage casting cranes, special four-girder six-track two-car cranes can be used.

4.If the requirements are more than above-mentioned,it shall carry out the requirements in the purchase contract as the user asks.
