Workshop Double Girder Crane Description
Our QD series double girder overhead traveling cranes feature low dead weight and high load capacity. The structure is strong, the operation is flexible, and the lifting capacity can reach up to 100 tons. It is an ideal tool for general manufacturing, workshops, warehouses, etc. The lifting hook can be lifted between the main girders (beams) of the two cranes, and the lifting height is high, which makes full use of the space of the site and improves work efficiency.

This series of products is matched with CMG series wire rope electric hoists.
1. Designed according to FEM1.001 and CMAA70 standards.
2. Low self-weight can reduce the investment layout and increase the lifting height.
3. The crane beam can meet the needs of the building structure.
4. The compact design of the walking hoist makes the crane have available height and space.
5. The end frame adopts torsional rigid welded box section design.
6. In order to prevent biting the track, the wheel set adopts an adjustable structure.
7. According to different working conditions, safety measures such as overload limiter, height limiter and travel limiter are equipped.
8. Crane control can meet different application requirements: through radio control, pendant control or cab control (optional).
9. The maintenance platform and the trolley that can be entered and exited are convenient for the maintenance of building internal accessories (optional).
