Breif introduction of Nuclear island circling crane
The nuclear island circling crane mainly provides installation and maintenance services for heavy equipment in the nuclear power plant reactor building, as well as hoisting services for reactor refueling. The Crane wheels run along the circular track on the upper part of the cylindrical building, which is referred to as the nuclear ring crane.
There are two kinds cranes for nuclear power usage: Normal mechanical parts handling crane and nuclear material handling crane.
