Wireline Hay Pulley / Floor Pulley For Wireline Pressure Control

The Hay Pulley is applied for wireline service and used to control and manipulate the direction of the wireline from a horizontal positon to a vertical position en route to the stuffing box from the wireline unit. This tool is generally positioned at the wellhead on the lubricator to reduce side pull force and to avoid lateral loading of the lubricator during heavy jarring operations.

Usage of pulley

1. After connecting the ground pulley to the tensile table (referred to), connect with the rope in the wellhead. According to the length of the winch roller position, the wire is as parallel to the roller plane (i.e., the wire angle of the steel wire from the top of the anti-spray tube is approximately 90 degrees; If the ground pulley is lifted, when the load direction of the wire or cable (wire rope) is changed, the pulley is pulled directly with the hook;
2, the handle on the hoisting block, the positioning pin is retracted, and the sub-plate is rotated, and the pulley groove on the pulley is exposed;
3, steel wire is loaded from the external anti-hopping block;
4, the sub-board is rotated in the clockwise direction, and then the positioning pin is returned to the original position.
