The rotating BOP is designed and manufactured as per API 16A Sepcification, and the rotating BOP is applied for controlling under balanced drilling. The main parts are: drill pipe driver, bearing assembly, sealing rubber, hub assembly and body.
Structure Feature of Rotating BOP
- Adopt two-stage rubber sealing.
-The structure of rotating dynamic sealing part is quick-assembly stuffing box.
-The bearing adopts dynamic force lubricating.
-Cooling system carry circle-cooling on upper dynamic sealing ring.
-It adopts module design structure.
-The rotating assembly connects with body by hub. opening and closing hub is controlled by gas cylinder.
