The Rupture Disc is the component of Drill Stem Testing tools with RD function, such as RD circulating valve, RD sampler etc. The rupture disc is constructed of an Inconel 600 rupture disc, electron beam welded to a 316 Stainless Steel body. This provides a one-piece, reliable, accurate and robust rupture disc assembly. To provide the highest reliability and traceability, the units are pressure-tested for leaks and labeled with burst pressure, temperature and part number. Individual devices are labeled with lot number and burst pressure.
