Lock Mandrel with Equalizing Prong Housing is a combine tools for wireline service, which consists of lock mandrel, PX plug, Prong.
When combining a Lock Mandrel assembly to an equalising housing and a PX Plug will be formed. The Lock mandrel with PX Equalizing Prong is able to hold top & bottom well pressure set in a Landing Nipple. This allows repair or replacement work to be carried out while
the pressure is contained.The extended P Prong is able to prevent well solids from entering the lock and housing during run in and allow easy retrieval with its prong external fishing neck.
