GL-4025 High Rigidity 5 Axis Double Column Machining Center High Precision
The 5 GL-4025 is a high performance 5 axis double column machining center which features in high rigidity and high precision. The worktable size of this machine is 4000mm*2400mm and its maximum load bearing capability is 18T. Excellent table size and load capacity make this machine ideal for heavy or complex parts processing. All castings of the body are made of high quality and hardness materials to provide good rigidity and stability for the mchine to ensure there are no any deformation problems.
This machine is also equioed a high precision and rigidity spindle which can provide accurate processing accuracy and excellent processing stability. The speed of the spindle can reach 6000RPM ana the travle diastances of XYZ are 3000/2600/800. The material of the spindle can effectively absorb the vibration which produced in the process of machining, ensuring the accuracy of the workpiece in the process of machining.
