High Rigidity CNC Vertical Machining Center DM-1060 High Precision
DM1060 is one of the models developed and manufactured by our company for heavy duty cutting. Three axis using precision ball screw, servo motor direct rotation, no backlash error. The main casting of the machine is made of FC-30 material to ensure accuracy and service life. All slide surfaces are polished and coated with TURCI TE-B wear sheets. Excellent fuselage structure and rigidity provides excellent stability, there are no any deformation and other problems during processing. The spindle with high rotation can improve the working efficiency, and the rigidity of the spindle is excellent, which can absorb vibration and ensure the machining accuracy. The spindle is not only rigid, high precision, but also very fast, which can greatly improve the processing efficiency. Spindle material vibration resistance is very strong to ensure the processing efficiency and also ensure the processing accuracy.
