Product Description
The 4 axis version of the DB-800W is a cnc horizontal machining center with high performance. It has high speed, precision and rigidity characteristics. The overall rigidity of the machine is excellent, all castings of the machine has been secondary tempering to ensure optimum strength and rigidity. This machine is also equiped a high speed and rigidity spindle which the speed is up to 6000RPM. The materials of the spindle can absorb the vibration which is generate from the process of machining to ensure the accuracy. The base of the machine is also equipped with a collecting box and flushing system, which can effectively handle the debris produced by the processing. Excellent worktable size and load capacity also make this machine as the first choice for the cnc machining.
