Product Description
The 4 axis version of DB-1000 is a very excellent cnc horizontal machining center which features in high speed, high precision and high rigidity. The overall rigidity of the machine is very excellent. All the castings of the body are have been secondary tempering to provide excellent rigidity and stability for the machine to avoide any deformation problems during the process of machining. The performance of the spindle is also excellent. The speed range of the spindle is up to 6000RPM and the materials of the spindle can absorb vibration to avoide any accuracy problems which generated during the process of machining.
