The 5 axis double column machining center is a high performace CNC machining center with high rigidity and precision characteristics. The gate bridge and the base of this machine adopts integrated structural design to strengthen the structure strength and provide excellent stability for the machine. All structural castings are also analyzed by FEM finite element, which has the advantages of lightweight structure. The worktable size of this machine is 2300mm*1500mm, it uses double - layer reinforced ribs hollow damping structure, which has high stability. The maximum load capability of this machine is up to 8T. Excellent worktable size, excellent load capacity, excellent body strength and reasonable body structure make this machine as the first choice for heavy cutting and complex parts machining.
