Product Description
The MS-540AC is a high efficiency wire cutting machine which has high precision and high rigidity. This machine is mainly composed of machine tools, numerical control system and high-frequency power supply. It uses advanced pulse power supply, which can output super high current and achieve high precision and high finish.The molybdenum wire wound on the storage cylinder is reciprocated by the wire rack at high speed. The workpiece is fixed on the XY workbench. The X and Y directions are controlled by a stepper motor. The numerical control system sends out a signal, the stepper motor takes a step, and drives the lead screw rotation in both directions through the intermediate transmission mechanism, making X and Y worktable feed respectively. Due to the use of a newly developed numerical control system, cutting software can be processed according to the workpiece material and thickness of the different wire speed and high-frequency parameters output control, so that after multiple cutting finish greatly improved.
