The 4 axis vmc-1160 is a high performance machine which features in high precision, high rigidity and high speed. All castings of this machine are secondary tempered to provide extremely high rigidity and stability for the machie. This product is a semi-closed-loop vertical machining center with X, Y, Z three-axis servo direct-connected control. The three axes are rolling linear guides. The guide rail has a large load, a wide span structure and a reasonable design of external dimensions.
It can realize the clamping of complex parts such as various disks, plates, shells, cams, molds, etc., and can complete various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, and rigid tapping. It is suitable for multiple varieties, Production of small and medium batch products, processing of complex parts. It can be equipped with a fourth rotation axis to complete the processing requirements of accessory parts.
