Product Description
The VMC-1160 is a high performance vertical cnc machining center with high precision, high speed and high rigidity characteristics. The overall rigidity of the machine is very excellent. All castings have been secondary tempered to provide excellent stability and rigidity to the machine which can effectively avoid deformation problems. The materials of the machine and spindle can absorb vibration which can help the machine maintain high accuracy dring the process of processing. The structural parts are analyzed and designed by the advanced Finite Element Analysis. It provides a detailed analysis for structural stress/strain conditions, and ensures excellent machine rigidity and lifetime stability.
This machine also equips a high speed and high precision spindle. The material of the spindle can effectively absorb the vibration produced in the process of processing, can make the tool in the processing process to maintain stability so as to ensure the processing accuracy and processing quality. The X, Y, Z axis travel distance is 1200mm / 700mm / 700mm. The maximum cutting feed speed is up to 10000RPM. The whole machine adopts a positive displacement lubrication system and a de pressurized oil pump, with stable pressure and flow, which effectively transports the oil to each lubrication point and provides uniform forced lubrication for each slide surface, so as to ensure the accuracy and service life of the machine tool. It is suitable for many industries such as automobile manufacturing industry, motorcycle parts manufacturing and other parts manufacturing industry.
