Product Description
The 5 axis VMC-1160 is one of the VMC series machine and it is a high performance vertical machining center which can be used in automotive, motorcycle, manufacturing, sewing machine, motor and instrument industries for milling, drilling, counterboring, boring, tapping and countersinking valve-type, cam, dies/molds and plate/disk type workpieces. This series machines are especially suitable for all sorts of complex 2D/3D convex/concave molds and complex ID/OD surfaces. They can be used for medium/small batch multi-work production or be linked into an auto line for large batch production.
The major parts and accessories are imported from Taiwan or Europe and America. Excellent quality parts combined with our rich experience in assembly, each product has extremely high accuracy and excellent service life. All the castings of the machine are secondary tempered to provide extremely high stability and rigidity to the machine. The machine uses oil-water separation design, which can not only prolong the service life of the chip fluid, but also reduce the cost and meet the requirements of environmental protection requirement.
