The 3 axis VMC-1160 is the standard version of VMC-1160 with very excellent performance and good stability. It is a high performance machine which is suitable for a variety of industrial fields, such as auto parts processing industry. All castings of the machien have been secondary tempered which can provide extremely high rigidity and stability to the machine. The excellent rigidity and stability of the machine make the machine not only can maintain the stability of the body in the processing process, but also ensure the processing accuracy.
The machine is equipped with high rigidity and precision spindle. The material of the spindle can absorb the vibration that generated in the process of machining to ensure that the machining accuracy will not be affected by vibration. The high speed spindle running with oil temperature control system which can effectively make the spindle to keep constant temperature. This can more effectively control the thermal variation of the spindle, to ensure that the spindle can maintain high speed and high precision during processing. This machien equips three axis precision ball screw, it provides the efficiency of high speed movement and precise position control. It is also using high power axial servomotor to ensure there are no any backlash and hysteresis problems.
