Product Description
The chip slot of the product is helical. It has good cutting property and the chip can be smoothly discharged from the hole inside the hole outside. it suitable for blind hole tapping, it can be tapping straight to the bottom of the blind hole.
There are three spiral angles:
- Spiral Angle: 45° - 47° Suitable for deep holes.
- Spiral Angle: 35° - 37° Suitable for general occasions tapping, generally tapping stainless steel should choose a small spiral Angle of about two degrees is appropriate.
- Spiral Angle: Around 20° Generally made of powder high-speed steel, suitable for super hard material tapping.
