PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
VMC-1160 is one of the VMC series products independently developed and produced by our company. VMC-1160 has the characteristics of high speed, high rigidity, and high stability, and has a very powerful configuration, such as a high-speed spindle and a high-torque motor, which make it have super performance. The machine is equipped with integrated bearing housings. It can effectively improve the overall rigidity of the shaft system and effectively avoid the rotation deformation of the screw rod. The base of the machine adopts the oil-water separation design, which can not only prolong the service life of the cutting fluid, but also reduce the cost and meet the environmental protection requirements. The spindle head has excellent rigidity, can absorb vibration, and there will be no problem that vibration affects machining accuracy. Three-axis precision ball screws provide the efficiency of high-speed motion and precise position control. This machine also adopts high-power axial servo motor without any backlash and hysteresis problems
