1.This vertical machining center VMC 850 has the characteristics of high speed, high precision and high rigidity. The worktable size of this machine it 1000*500, and this machine also adopts high rigid bed, high precision roller type guideway, integrated bearing block and Oil-water separation design, which can greatly improve the body rigidity, ensure the machine good running accuracy, and also maintian excellent precision stability. The Z axis uses brake servo motor with no counterbalance block design to improve the driving performance of Z axis. This machine occupies a small area and also has high structral strength, thare are also a wealth of optional configuration can be installed. it suitable for processing plate, mold and small shell complex part, can complete milling, boring, drilling, tapping and cutting threads and other process.
2.This VMC is suitable for mechanical processing and mold making .And it can asapt to the processing requirement from rough machining to finish machining .It can also finish many working procedures like milling ,drilling ,tapping ,boring ,etc.
