This vertical machining center VMC 850 has the characteristics of high speed, high precision and high rigidity. The worktable size of this machine it 450*900, and this machine also adopts high rigid bed, high precision roller type guideway, integrated bearing block and Oil-water separation design, which can greatly improve the body rigidity, ensure the machine good running accuracy, and also maintian excellent precision stability. The Z axis uses brake servo motor with no counterbalance block design to improve the driving performance of Z axis. This machine occupies a small area and also has high structral strength, thare are also a wealth of optional configuration can be installed. it suitable for processing plate, mold and small shell complex part, can complete milling, boring, drilling, tapping and cutting threads and other process.
