High Speed CNC Drilling and Tapping Machine Center TV-650 High Precision
TV-650 is a high precision, high speed, high rigidity CNC drilling and tapping machine center. The base and other main structures of the machine are made of high quality materials to ensure high rigidity and stability of the overall structure of the machine. The motor has high efficiency, the fast acceleration and deceleration of the motor can effectively reduce the backlash problem and improve the tapping speed and quality. The machine also uses a low inertia spindle motor, the acceleration time is short, achieving 0-12000RPM only takes one second. The TV-650 is also using the TIDD heat source barrier spindle drive system. This system can effectively block the motor heat conduction to the spindle, can greatly reduce the thermal elongation of the spindle, improve efficiency and prolong service life.
