Product Description
The VMC855 is one of the products in the VMC series. This model is an upgrade of VMC850. Compared with VMC850, VMC855 has a larger size of worktable, which can better process large and complex parts. The 5 Axis CNC Vertical Machining Center VMC 855 has a high strength construction and Integrated bearing block, which can effectively improve the overall rigidity of the axial system and effectively avoid the rotation deformation of the screw. It is also using the oil-water separation design, which can not only prolong the service life of the chip fluid, but also reduce the cost and meet the requirements of environmental protection requirement. The three-axis lead screw adopts the installation method of fixed two ends, and with large high precision ball screw, the best speed response and positioning accuracy can be obtained by pre-stretching treatment.
