The 4 Axis VMC650 has the characteristics of high speed, high precision and high rigidity. The high strength of the fuselage makes the machine under high strength load and work will not produce deformation and other problems. it is using high power axial servomotor, no any backlash and hysteresis problems. Three axis precision ball screw provides the efficiency of high speed movement and precise position control.
Like the other VMC series, the VMC650 comes with a number of optional configurations. Here are the configuration of Straight spindle. The High speed spindle running with oil temperature control system, can effectively make the spindle to keep constant temperature. This can more effectively control the thermal variation of the spindle, to ensure that the spindle can maintain high speed and high precision during processing.
