The VMC-1580 is a high speed, high precision and high rigidity vertical machining center. The size of the worktable is 800*1700. The major structural parts are manufactured from high quality cast iron, and the fuselage and base have ultra-high hardness and rigidity, providing extremely high stability for the processing process.The base of this machine adopts the design of oil and water separation, which can not only prolong the service life of the chip fluid, but also reduce the cost and meet the requirements of environmental protection requirement. This machine is also equiped with a high speed and rigidity spindle nose which can absorb vibration, this spindle nose can effectively avoid the precision problem caused by vibration, such as the surface precision of workpiece is affected by tool vibration.
