The 5 Axis version of VMC-1690 is a high speed, high precision and high rigidity machine. The structural strength of the machine is very high. Both the fuselage and the base are made of high-quality materials. The integrated bearing seat greatly improves the overall stiffness of the axial system, and avoids deformation and other problems in the process of machining. The machine is also equipped with a spindle with high rotation, which greatly improves the processing efficiency and saves time.
The spindle of the 5-axis VMC1690 also has two versions of 6000RPM and 8000RPM, which can be selected according to the processing requirements. The spindle has high precision, fast speed and strong rigidity, which can bring super stability to the machining process.
