DM-850 High Speed CNC Vertical Machining Center High Precision

DM series is developed and manufactured by our company for heavy cutting. The DM-850 is one of the products in the DM series, which has excellent performance in all aspects. The slide way contact surface is carved for longer precision. The machine is equipped with wide and thick guide rail to ensure stability. The R+W brand high rigidity bellows direct coupling which is imported from Germany is also equiped in this machine, each ball screw and servo motor uses direct connection type, and we also use bellows type couplings to ensure the motion control is reduced to the minimum reverse clearance. 

Both the body and the base of the machine are made of high hardness and high rigidity material castings. With reasonable body structure, the overall strength of the machine is extremely high, and both rigidity and stability are the optimal level.
