Product Description
The DM-1370 is one of the products in the DM series. This series machine is suitable The worktable size of this machine is 1400mm*700mm and the maximum load of its worktable is 1200kg. A wide worktable and its ability to carry a high load are very beneficial for heavy cutting. The machine is also equipped with a wide and thick guide rail to ensure the stability of the machine when working. All slide surfaces are polished and coated with TURCI TE-B wear sheets. The column of this machine is also using the double-wall structure design to improve the overall rigidity of the machine.
The overall rigidity of the machine is also extremely excellent. The materials of the spindle and the body of the machine can absorb vibration which can ensure the machine can maintain high accuracy during the process of processing. The speed range of the spindle is up to 8000RPM. The maximum cutting speed of the spindle is up to 10000RPM which can greatly improve the efficiency for the parts processing. The precision is extremely also, it's around ±0.003mm. High precision can not only improve the efficiency of processing but also avoid some problems caused by inaccurate accuracy, such as the need to extend the processing time.
