DM-1690 High Precision 5 Axis CNC Vertical Machining Center High Rigidity
The 5 version DM-1690 is a heavy-duty cutting machine. The full body castings of the DM-1690 are tempered to provide excellent rigidity and shock resistance. All three axes are driven by servo motor, which greatly improves the processing efficiency and precision, and effectively reduces the processing time. There is also a guideway between the Z-axis counterweight and the column to prevent the Z-axis from colliding with the column when moving quickly. The machine is equipped with the Mitsubishi M80 system, which has excellent processing capacity, up to 270K segments/min for small segments. Its‘ PLC processing capacity also reached 26PCMIX, greatly shorten the processing time, can achieve better and faster tracing. The anti-environment and anti-vibration performance of the control unit and the drive unit of the system are also very good.
