High Precision Double Column CNC Machining Center DY-2513 High Rigidity

The DY-2513 is one of the DY series machine. It is a high rigidity and high precision Gantry CNC Machining Center. The gear type spindles variable speed device provides powerful torque during operation at low speed and guarantees stable rotation during operating at high speed so as to enable wider machining range. The thickness and diameter of the spindle have been strengthened, not only to strengthen all aspects related to the spindle, but also to improve the cutting performance of the machine. 

Automatic tool changer is composed of tool magazine and tool changing arms. Automatic tool changer is installed separately from machine tool with the purpose of preventing adverse influences of vibration during running of automatic tool changer and other reasons on precision. Tool selection adopts the method of fixed address in the shortest path.

All finished products are corrected and tested by laser positioning to ensure the best positioning accuracy and servo characteristics. There are also 4 axis and 5 axis version can be upgraded.
