High Precision Double Column CNC Machining Center DY-2015 High Rigidity
DY2015 is one of the products in DY Gantry series. The DY2015 is a very good choice for both the rigidity of the machine itself and the precision and efficiency of processing. The machine body is made of very high quality materials with high rigidity and strong stability, to ensure that there will be no deformation in the process of processing and other problems, effectively ensure the processing efficiency.
The electric box adopts internal isolation design, the heat source part of the controller is given to separate. The front use heat exchanger heat dissipation to avoid dust from the outside into the electric box. The hot plate is cooled by a fan at the rear.
X, Y axis using roller linear guide rail, with high rigidity, low noise, can do fast displacement and obtain the best cycle accuracy.Three axis adopts high precision ball screw, combined with precision nut preloading and tail end prepulling device, to ensure that the machine backlash and thermal deformation of a long time to keep low value.
The machine is also available in 4-axis and 5-axis options.
