DY-2515 High Precision 5 Axis Double Column Machining Center High Speed High Rigidity
The 5 axis double column machining center features in high precision, speed and rigidity. The worktable size of this machine is 2700mm*1300mm and the maximum laod bearing capability is 8t. The worktable size and bearing capability are very excellent and makes this machine as a good choice for heavy cutting.
We choose to use the spindle imported from Taiwan. The direct driven spindle has the characteristics of high speed and high performance, and the rigidity of the spindle is also very excellent, which can not only meet the high speed finishing but also realize the low speed heavy cutting. The Spindle speed range is 6000RPM. The X,Y and Z axis travel distance are 2500mm*1500mm*900mm. Spindle has strong anti-vibration performance and the material of spindle can effectively absorb vibration to prevent the occurrence of blade vibration in the process of machining and accuracy error.
