PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The CNC-6034 is a 5 axis double column mahining center. It has the characteristics of high speed, high performance and high precision, and excellent stability. The body of the machine is made of high hardness and high rigidity materials which provies the machine extremely stability. The machine use the heavy box structure, all castings are made of excellent cast iron, and the ribs inside the fuselage have been strengthened to provide excellent rigidity for the whole machine.
This machine is also equioed a high rigidity, high precision and high speed spindle. The speed range of the spindle is 4000RPM. This spindle performance is excellent, not only can achieve high speed precision cutting, but also can achieve low speed heavy cutting. The travle distances of the X, Y and Z axis are 6200/4000/1250. The machine is widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding, energy, rail transit, construction machinery, automobile, mold and other industries.
