Description

1. HDD-45A horizontal directional drill adopts short mast design concept, with the whole rig light in weight and comfortable in operation. It uses wired remote control method and main components are from well- known brands home and abroad.

2. This HDD rig is featured by Cummins diesel engine with low emission and noise and international-leading control technique, suitable for working in urban area. Power consumption is reduced to the lowest level under the non-loading working condition.

3. The rotation of drill head is driven by four hydraulic motors with large torque and gear 2 stepless speed adjustment.

4. Push/pull of drill head is driven by four motors with reducer. Rack and pinion transmission structure ensures the high stability and efficiency of the horizontal directional drill.

5. Mud pump of the HDD rig is hydraulically-driven and in mechanical transmission form. Pressure and displacement of the pump can be flexibly adjusted.

6. Our horizontal directional drill adopts steel crawlers with rubber track pads, making the rig not only be capable of working under heavy load, but travel on all kinds of roads.

7. The HDD rig is configured with complete set of drilling tools, including Φ83 × 3000mm drill rod. The tools can be provided based on customized requirements.

8. This horizontal directional drill is equipped with wireless guide device for easy operation.

9. Optional manipulator allows easy rod loading and unloading, reducing intensity of work of operators.
