YJ-114 High-frequency Welded Pipe Mill:

The Technological Process:

Moving coil→setting coil→uncoiling→shearing and butt welding→horizontally guiding→feeding→storing→discharging(electric control system and hydraulic system)→forming→welding→sizing→flying saw→run out table on the roll way.

1.Double-head uncoiler:

The brake is controlled by cylinder and the model of cylinder is SC80X25FA.

(1)Low overturn tray:

It is made up of bracket, level roller and vertical roller. Level roller supports strip steel auxiliarily, and vertical roller can adjust and guide the strip, it is suit for the bandwidth≤400mm.

(2)Flattening & feeding machine:

The rotation part includes gear box and universal coupling. The base is steel structure. It is suit for bandwidth≤400mm. With the pneumatic brake and the motor 18.5KW.

(3) Accumulator:

Used for storing, loading and unloading and driving the strip, made up of the power part, inside track, vertical roller, level roller, outside track blocking roller, feeding blocking roller. The rotation part includes motor, gear box and universal coupling.

(4)High overturn tray:

Comprised of bracket, level roller and vertical roller. It is suit for the bandwidth≤400mm.

The two-axis clamping and feeding type feeding machine is made up of driving, clamping, blocking roller. It is suit for bandwidth≤400mm.

The main original production and wearing parts of electronic equipment are in accordance with GB. Three-phase four-wire system.
