HT250 Cast Iron Graphite Ring Self-Lubricating Bearings - 70 MPa Load Capacity, 0.15 m/s Speed
JDB-70 cast iron graphite ring filled guide bearings are manufactured using centrifugal casting steel with embedded graphite rings. These self-lubricating bearings are extensively utilized in the mold industry and are also referred to as headed oiless guide bushes or #500 cast steel oilless bearings.
Primary Material: HT250 Cast Iron + Graphite Rings
Custom base materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements.
- Ideal for reciprocating linear motion applications
- Friction heat causes slight expansion of solid lubrication material
- Forms transfer membrane on shaft surface during initial operation
- Reduces friction coefficient and minimizes shaft wear
- Extends operational lifespan of both shaft and bearing components
- Cylindrical oiless bushings
- Flanged oiless bushings
- Custom designs and specialized materials available
JDB-70 solid lubricant rings filled cast iron oilless guiding bearings are widely implemented in:
- Guide bushings for precision molds
- Precision guide rail systems
