Product Overview
PVB014 self-lubricating bearing features a steel back base material, sintered bronze powder middle layer, and PTFE mixture sliding layer. This specialized sliding bearing is engineered for reciprocating motion applications and is also known as DP4 DU bushing, sliding bushing, oil-free bushes, SF-1 oilless bearing, PTFE coated self-lubricating bearing, pilot DU bearing, damper bushing bearing, and metal polymer composite DU bearing.
Material Structure
- PTFE with copper: 0.01-0.03mm
- Porous bronze: 0.2-0.3mm
- Steel backing: 0.7-2.3mm
- Tin-plating: 0.005mm or copper plating: 0.008mm

- Use adequate force fitting mandrel for installation
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
