PVB020T Steel Back Diamond Oil Pockets POM Coated Self-Lubricating Plain Bushing
PVB020T boundary lubricating bearing is a composite plain bearing featuring diamond pocket POM coating with steel backing. This self-lubricating bushing operates effectively in marginally lubricated and dry conditions, offering excellent performance comparable to international DS bushing standards.

Mounting Recommendations
- Housing: Mounting bevel minimum 1.5 mm × 15-45°
- Shaft Material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
- Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm × 15°, edges rounded
- Application of adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
- Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface during stick-in installation
