PVB020B boundary lubricating POM bushing is a metal polymer composite plain bearing featuring blue POM coating. This three-layer oilless bearing, also known as SF-2 boundary lubricating bearing, is designed for marginally lubricated and dry operating conditions with performance comparable to international DS bushings.

Note: Oil deposits must be filled with grease before bearing assembly.

• Housing tolerance: ØH7
• Bushing inner diameter after installation: D9 to D10
• Shaft tolerance: h8

• Housing: Minimum mounting bevel 1.5 mm × 15-45°
• Shaft material: Steel (hardened or untempered) with surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
• Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm × 15° with rounded edges
• Use adequate force fitting mandrel; grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
• Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface during stick-in installation

PVB020B composite plain bearings are widely used in hoisters, bulldozers, tower cranes, printing and dyeing machines for textiles, steering gear, power steering systems, and various industrial machinery applications.

Standard cylindrical DX bearings, DX thrust washers, and strips are readily available. Custom designs can be manufactured according to specific customer requirements and technical specifications.
