PVB012 Stainless Steel Back PTFE Lined Self-Lubricating Composite Bushing
The PVB012 stainless steel self-lubricating DU bearing is a specialized composite bushing featuring a stainless steel base material, sintered bronze middle layer, and PTFE sliding layer. Also known as SF-1S DU bearing, SS DU bushing, or SS304/SS316 stainless steel sleeve bushing.
Material Structure
- PTFE with Pb: 0.01-0.03mm thickness
- Porous bronze: 0.2-0.3mm thickness
- Stainless steel backing: 0.7-2.3mm thickness
- Tin plating surface treatment

Mounting Recommendations
- Housing: Mounting bevel minimum 1.5mm x 15-45°
- Shaft material: Steel (hardened or untempered) with surface roughness ≤ Rz 2-3
- Shaft: Mounting bevel 5mm x 15° with rounded edges
- Use adequate force fitting mandrel for installation
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
