PVB013 Steel Back PTFE Lined Hydraulic Gear Pump Composite Plain Bushing
The PVB013 hydraulic gear pump DU bushing is specifically engineered for pump applications. This self-lubricating bearing, also known as gear pump DU bushing or SF-1T sliding bearing, delivers exceptional performance in demanding hydraulic systems.
Material Structure
- PTFE Mixture 0.01~0.03mm as sliding layer
- Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm intermediate layer
- Steel backing 0.7~2.3mm for structural support
- Tin-plating 0.005mm or copper plating 0.008mm protective coating

- Use adequate force fitting mandrel for installation
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be required during mounting
