The PVB020X Steel Back POM Coated Metal Polymer Composite Boundary Lubricating Plain Bushing is engineered with a multi-layer structure featuring steel backing, sintered bronze powder, and POM coating. This self-lubricating bearing delivers exceptional performance in demanding industrial applications.
- POM with lead coating: 0.3-0.5mm thickness
- Porous bronze intermediate layer: 0.2-0.3mm thickness
- Steel backing: 0.4-2.2mm thickness
- Copper plating (0.008mm) or tin plating surface treatment
- Excellent load capacity and wear resistance
- Suitable for linear, oscillating, and rotating movements
- Optimal performance under high loads and low speeds
- Self-lubricating properties reduce maintenance requirements

- Housing: Mounting bevel minimum 1.5mm × 15-45°
- Shaft material: Steel (hardened or untempered) with surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
- Shaft: Mounting bevel 5mm × 15° with rounded edges
- Use adequate force fitting mandrel for installation
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
- Adhesive application should not contact the sliding surface
