PVB020Y Steel Back POM Lined DX Bearing 250N/mm² Load Capacity -40°C to +110°C Temperature Range

The PVB020Y POM lined sliding bearing features a steel back sintered bronze structure with POM coating. This boundary lubricating bushing shares the same material structure as other DX bushings, offering low-maintenance operation with primary lubrication requirements. Compatible with oil or grease lubrication, the design minimizes lubrication clearances through strategically placed lubrication pockets.

• Porous bronze layer: 0.2~0.3mm
• Steel backing: 0.4~2.2mm
• Copper plating: 0.008mm

Standard cylindrical DX bushings, DX thrust washers, and DX strips are readily available. Custom DX bearing designs can be produced with short lead times to meet specific application requirements.

Note: Oil deposits must be filled with grease before bearing assembly.

• Housing: Mounting bevel minimum 1.5 mm × 15-45°
• Shaft material: Steel (hardened or untempered) with surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
• Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm × 15° with rounded edges
• Use adequate force fitting mandrel; grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
• Adhesive application should not contact the sliding surface
