PVB090G bronze rolled bearing is manufactured from specially formulated high-density bronze alloy with integrated oil pockets and graphite. This bronze sliding bearing, also known as FB090G bronze graphite bearing, offers superior performance in various industrial applications.

Mounting Guidelines
- Housing: Minimum mounting bevel 1.5mm x 15-45°
- Shaft Material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
- Shaft: Mounting bevel 5mm x 15°, edges rounded
- Use adequate force fitting mandrel for installation
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be required during mounting
- Adhesive application: Ensure no contact with sliding surface
