PVB035 friction-welded track roller bimetal bushings combine a bimetal rolling bearing with a bimetal thrust washer through advanced welding technology. The copper alloy sliding surface provides excellent lubrication and shaft protection, while the steel backing offers superior load capacity and cost efficiency.
Material Structure
- Sinter Bronze with Graphite: CuPb10Sn10 liner material provides excellent wear resistance, low friction, and high load capacity. Available with optional PTFE or graphite coatings for reduced startup friction.
- Metal Backing: Low carbon steel construction ensures exceptional load capacity and superior heat dissipation.

- Use adequate force fitting mandrel; grease lubrication of outer surface may be required during mounting
