PVB030G steel back bronze alloy graphite filled bimetal bushing combines low carbon steel backing with sintered CuSn10Pb10 bronze alloy and graphite-filled oil pockets. This construction provides exceptional self-lubricating performance with minimum 25% graphite lubricant in oil pockets, making it ideal for applications with limited oil supply.
Material Structure
- Sintered Bronze with Graphite: Liner material CuPb10Sn10 provides excellent wear resistance, lower friction, and superior load carrying capacity. Can be machined after fitting for precision tolerance.
- Metal Backing: Low carbon steel delivers exceptionally high load carrying capacity and excellent heat dissipation.

- Application of adequate force fitting mandrel advisable
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
