JDB-30 solid lubricant plugged aluminum bronze self-lubricating bearings are engineered for demanding marine and industrial applications where conventional lubrication is impractical.
Material Composition
Primary material: CuAl10Ni5Fe5 aluminum bronze alloy with embedded graphite, PTFE, or SL4 solid lubricants.

Mounting Guidelines
- Housing bevel: minimum 1.5 mm × 15-45°
- Shaft material: hardened steel with surface roughness < Rz 6.3
- Shaft bevel: 5 mm × 15° with rounded edges
- Force fitting mandrel recommended for installation
- Grease lubrication of outer surface may be required during mounting
