Our company has its own production line for nylon shuttlecock. All nylon shuttlecocks are Antball brand, it mainly has 3 models:A120, A240, A360. The difference between Anyball nylon shuttlecocks and other nylon shuttlecocks:
1.It produced by own factory.
2. The most expensive nylon material is used to make nylon leaves, and the latest process, hot runner injection molding, is adopted. There is no feeding. The process requires that recycled materials cannot be used, and there will be no pastry mouth, etc.- recycled materials, and recycled materials cannot be used. All new materials must be used.
3. Using the special intelligent integrated machine for 3in1 shuttlecock to assemble the nylon shuttlecock, ensuring the center of gravity of the nylon ball on the same central axis, thus ensuring the stability of the nylon ball. However, other factories often press the nylon leaves manually, so it is impossible to ensure the consistency of the center of gravity of the nylon shuttlecocks.
