Product Description
430 stainless steel plate has all the characteristics of 430 stainless steel.It is a general-purpose steel with good corrosion resistance. Its thermal conductivity is better than that of austenite, and its thermal expansion coefficient is smaller than that of austenite. It is heat-resistant and fatigue resistant.It is added with stabilizing element titanium and has good mechanical properties at the weld.

Manufacturing Process of stainless steel sheet
Raw materials are sending to hot rolling units for rolling into different sizes.
→Hot rolled material is annealing in cold rolled annealing furnace and pickling in acid.
→All mill rolls are grinded on precision grinding machine with proper chamfering after first shift .
→All sheets are pickled in different tanks and dried on brush roll machine before dispatched.
→These sheets are again annealing and are sent to straighten machine for straightening.
→Inspections are done at various stages. Keep proper control overall internal process via rolling.
Features And Processing Technology
1D - the surface has discontinuous granular shape, also known as fog surface.
Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling.
2D - slightly shiny silver white.
Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling.
2B - silver white and better gloss and flatness than 2D surface.
Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling+ quenching and tempering rolling.
BA - excellent surface gloss and high reflectivity, like mirror surface.
Processing technology: hot rolling + annealing shot peening and pickling + cold rolling + annealing and pickling+ surface polishing + tempering and rolling.
NO.3 - has good gloss and rough surface.
Processing technology: polishing, tempering and rolling of 2D products or 2B with 100 ~ 120 grinding materials (JIS R6002).
NO.4 - has good gloss and fine lines on the surface.
Processing technology: polishing, tempering and rolling of 2D products or 2B with 150 ~ 180 grinding materials (JIS R6002).
HL - silver gray with hair stripes.
Processing technology: the 2D or 2B products are polished with abrasive materials of
appropriate particle size to make the surface appear continuous grinding lines.
