2205 duplex stainless steel is a nitrogen added duplex stainless steel (referred to as 2205 duplex steel). Duplex stainless steel 2205 alloy is a composite stainless steel composed of 21% chromium, 2.5% molybdenum and 4.5% nickel nitrogen alloy.
At present,2205 stainless steel products include 2205 stainless steel pipe and 2205 dual phase stainless steel seamless pipe; 2205 duplex stainless steel plate, 2205 stainless steel bar, forged material, pipe fittings, strip, etc. Early dual phase stainless steel can resist uniform corrosion of medium strength and chlorine stress corrosion fracture, but its performance will be greatly reduced when it is used in welding. In order to improve this situation, nitrogen is added to the duplex stainless steel 2205, which not only improves the corrosion resistance, but also has a good welding performance. Due to the special performance characteristics of 2205 dual phase steel, it has a wide range of applications and has been widely used.

Yes, of course. Usually our samples are free . we can produce by your samples or technical drawings . We can build the molds and fixtures .

A. The time of delivery is usually around 15-25 days (1*40FT as usual) ;

Our usual payment term is 30% deposite, and rest against B/L. L/C is also acceptatble .
